Pilates

The Pilates method is a whole-body workout that strengthens your deep pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles, improves flexibility and posture and thus prevents back pain or makes it disappear. Flowing exercises together with coordinated breathing have a positive influence on your body awareness.

Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on dynamic, flowing postures (asanas) that strengthen and revitalise your body.

Yin Yoga is a passive and regenerating style of yoga in which you remain in the asanas for a long time - usually sitting or lying down. YinYoga helps you to relieve muscular tension, provides more freedom of movement, more supple joints and more flexible connective tissue and muscles.

Prenatal training / Pregnancy training

During pregnancy, enormous changes occur in the female body. The prenatal training with me is a mix of pilates, yoga and gentle strength exercises. The aim is to prevent pregnancy problems, to give you a good body feeling and to prepare you for the upcoming birth. The exercises and their intensity are adapted to your trimester and well-being. Training in a group is recommended from the 13th week of pregnancy. Alternatively, or additionally, I can specifically respond to your needs in a 1:1 training. Postpartum training

Through the postpartum training, you strengthen your pelvic floor and trunk muscles again and work on a healthy posture. You can expect pilates and yoga exercises that are adapted to your level. This course is recommended from 6-8 weeks after a natural birth, or 8-10 weeks after C-section - in consultation with your doctor. The course is progressive and lasts 8 weeks. Of course, mums without babies are also welcome in the "Postnatal with baby" course. More information about the days and times can be found in my blog.

Bootcamp

The versatile outdoor training takes place at urban places, directly at the lake or in the middle of the city. Bootcamp is a challenging, high-intensity as well as functional training, which takes you to your limit regardless of the training level and makes it even more fun in the group.
